Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form or by email. If you sign in with Google to use our client portal, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. Documents and information you share with us as a client are handled under your engagement agreement and the attorney-client relationship, which provide stronger protections than this policy.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, provide legal services you engage us for, operate the client portal, and send you communications you have requested. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client confidential information to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run our systems, including hosting, database, email, scheduling, and payment providers. They process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and professional obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and professional retention obligations. To stop using Sign in with Google with our portal, you can remove access in your Google Account settings.
