One legal fee, $14,999, including the PR advisor and a free refiling if USCIS says no. USCIS charges its own fees on top. Pick what applies to you and the total below is what the whole case costs. Nothing else gets added.
1. The legal fee
2. Government fees
3. Building the record
Our advisory work on all of these is already in the legal fee. What is not included is what the outlets, publishers and venues charge, so pick what you expect to pursue and set a budget for it. Whether your case needs them is your lawyer's call, and you only spend it if you go ahead.

That is the whole number. Nothing is billed by the hour and nothing is added later. Government fees are set by USCIS and change by rule; the amounts here are current as of 2026. If USCIS denies the petition we refile once at no additional legal fee. The fee itself is not refundable. See terms.

Government fees are set by USCIS and the State Department and can change by rule. If they change between signing and filing, you pay the fee in effect on the day of filing, and nothing else changes. The legal fee is not refundable; if USCIS denies the petition we refile once at no additional attorney's fee. What that covers.
